If you prefer a light roast that's bright and clean without being thin or sour, Bossa Nova delivers. This Nicaraguan single-origin comes from the Marimba cooperative in Jinotega, grown above 1,200 meters where the altitude slows the cherry and builds complexity. You get a balanced cup with clear chocolate sweetness, stone fruit undertones, and a clean finish. It's a great choice for pour-over or Chemex where those delicate flavors can come through. SHG/EP grade.
