As I'm walking along the boardwalk I discover Ricky Martin has opened his own chocolate toffee shop. I open the door, the classic bell dings signaling my arrival. Ricky greets me with a smile and a sample of his newest batch he topped off with pecans. We enjoy highly intellectual conversation debating our philosophical differences until closing time. We end the evening with a firm handshake knowing our paths will likely never cross again. That’s what the bossa blend taste like.
Loved the bonfire coffee! It was dressy and roasted perfectly! Low in acidity- great Brazilian roast!

My friends at Octave Coffee made a delicious coffee! So much so, that I had the pleasure of teaming up to create the Welcome Roast. There is nothing better than sitting in the comfort of your home drinking a great tasting cup of coffee. In college, I was able to travel to Guatemala on a Mission Trip and grew to love Guatemalan coffee. We found a bean and they roasted it to perfection! Brings me right back! Steve and Tate set up their mobile coffee cart, aka a full scale coffee shop in my office for our recent networking event! It was amazing! The specialty coffee drinks were made to order and they were delicious. I am an avid Starbucks fan, but after trying the Post Rock Sumatran Mandheling brew my daughter sent me, I am switching. It was simply delicious - hot or cold. It was smooth, nutty with a hint of sweetness. There was no after taste or bitterness - just straight coffee goodness. It’s so good that I might consider drinking it black (I love cream and sugar in my coffee).
