Jazz Fusion is a Peruvian medium roast for people who want complexity without heaviness. It opens with bright citrus, settles into rich caramel and smooth chocolate, and finishes with a subtle floral note that lingers. Grown at 1,400 to 1,900 meters in Chanchamayo, Junin, the altitude gives it a natural sweetness and clarity that works across brew methods. Pour-over brings out the citrus and floral notes, Aeropress keeps it clean and concentrated, French press adds body, and it pulls a solid espresso shot in 25 to 30 seconds.
