Washed Coffee Process:
Beginning with the removal of outer layers from coffee cherries, this method reveals green coffee beans. They undergo soaking, rinsing, and sun-drying before being hulled, sorted, and packaged with care for shipment to the roastery.
Sugarcane Decaf Process:
In this process, coffee beans are soaked in water to extract caffeine. Ethyl acetate, a natural solvent found in fruits, is introduced to eliminate caffeine.
