☕ The Story Behind the Coffee Cart (Still Just an Idea… For Now)
Compartir
We’re in the “what if” stage right now — tossing around ideas, doodling cart layouts on napkins, and imagining what it would feel like to roll up somewhere with great coffee and a simple setup that just works.
The idea started as a casual thought: what if we could bring Octave Coffee straight to people instead of always asking them to come to us? A cart feels like the right middle ground, flexible, approachable, and just plain fun.
Right now, we’re thinking through the look and feel. Should it have that clean, modern espresso bar vibe, or lean more into a cozy, vintage market feel? We keep coming back to something that feels welcoming and simple, not flashy, just honest and built for connection.
We’re also figuring out logistics, power, water, mobility, storage...all the unglamorous stuff that actually makes it possible. But honestly, that’s part of the fun. Every decision feels like a small piece of the bigger vision taking shape.
No launch date yet, no finished plans, just excitement and a clear picture of what it could become: a small space that brings people together over a great cup of coffee
