Shipping Policy Details
- All of our coffee shipments originate from Zip code 10573. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays (New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Orders placed just before or during these holidays will be roasted and shipped afterward.
- It's crucial to provide accurate shipping address information during your order placement. Octave Coffee cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses, and the customer may incur additional fees for redirection. If we identify an address issue through our software, we will make every effort to contact you for an updated or new shipping address.
- We primarily use UPS or USPS for shipping, although we reserve the right to choose another carrier when necessary.
- You will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you don't find it in your inbox. If you still can't locate it, feel free to contact us.
- Upon delivery of your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Please note that once packages leave our facility, Octave Coffee is not responsible for them, and we cannot guarantee specific arrival times. If your order arrives damaged, keep the bags in their original packaging and take photos. Contact us within one day of receiving any damaged orders.
- We proudly ship to military bases and APO addresses via USPS. If you encounter any issues with these specific addresses, please reach out to us, and we will assist you promptly.
