Received my first batch of Octave coffee and it did not disappoint. So much flavour packed in one small cup. With subtle hints of chocolate and fruit, it’s a real treat for your palate. A bit of a lighter roast than what I’m used to, but not lacking in flavour and richness at all… and oh so smooth. Was delicious as a straight up espresso or with ice and a splash of milk for those hot summer days. Will definitely be ordering again. Octave coffee you Rock!

Listen, making mochas lattes with this is so tasty. The citrus notes pair so well with a Ghirardelli mocha sauce & splash of vanilla. 18g in 36g out.
In a v60 the smooth texture is very enjoyable first thing in the morning. 20g 320g water.

I've been a daily coffee drinker for much of my adult life. As someone who appreciates the finer things in life, I knew my coffee game was lacking. The aromas that fill our home every morning have been divine. Talking with the owner, it is clear he's knowledgeable and passionate about coffee. Top-notch coffee and you're supporting a family business. Can't beat that.
As soon as we opened the bag we knew it was going to be good! Such an amazing smell! There were literally so many nuanced flavors in the Guatamala roast. Super chocolatey, which I love. Getting the coffee 7 days after it was actually roasted was tangibly evident in the quality and taste. Highly recommend!
