The Bradford Blend offers a smooth balance of cacao nibs, roasted almonds, and bright hints of fresh clementine and green apple. With a creamy body, a touch of acidity, and a well-rounded flavor, this unique roast is a delightful sip every time.

This special bean comes from the highlands of Chanchamayo, Peru, known for its ideal coffee-growing conditions. It is a fruit-forward, organic coffee that’s both rich in flavor and steeped in the community spirit of Minca—neighbors helping neighbors, just as Octave Coffee and Bradford Christian Academy have partnered to support student initiatives.

Recommended Brew Methods and Measurements for Drip Coffee Makers

For a stronger full pot, use 70-80 grams of coffee (about 14-16 tablespoons or 14-16 scoops) and 50-60 ounces of water (around 6-7 cups).

Pour-Over: Use 20g of coffee with 300ml of water for a clean, crisp cup.

French Press: Opt for a coarse grind, 20g of coffee with 300ml of water, steep for 4 minutes.

Cold Brew: Use 100g of coffee with 1 liter of water, steep for 12-16 hours.
